Vitaly Chernobelsky

Vitaly Chernobelsky is an accomplished executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Country Representative and Head of Business Development for Trialt, a global clinical research organization, since January 2025. Chernobelsky has been the Executive Chairman of Aquatech Fisheries Ltd. since October 2012, leading innovations in land-based aquaculture in Israel. Additionally, Chernobelsky holds board positions at Qmarkets and contributes to TRIARC Systems as a Business Development Representative. With over 20 years of experience in professional services through Vitalcom Idea Ltd. and founding Israland Online Ltd., a prominent Russian-language news portal in Israel, Chernobelsky has established a strong presence in both technology and media sectors. Educationally, Vitaly Chernobelsky holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
