QMIND
Rabab Azeem serves as the Managing Director of Design at QMIND since October 2020, with a focus on leading and managing design projects in both healthcare and software development contexts. Experience includes participation in the ProjectX AI Research Competition representing Queen’s University and managing NLP projects for analyzing corporate sustainability trends. Previous roles include Data Science Intern at the Privy Council Office, Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon, and Business Services Support Coordinator at EmpireLife. Rabab holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Queen's University, expected in 2025, and has engaged in various leadership and technical roles throughout education, including DECA Chapter President and co-op work in machine learning.

QMIND is Canada’s largest undergraduate Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning organization with over 200 members and a portfolio that includes 30+ client-facing consulting teams, a published AI research wing, an extensive 14-week educational program, a first of its kind incubator program, and a 300 delegate conference held annually inToronto, ON.QMIND focuses heavily on the production and design of computer-based models that center around the use of neural networks to automate or develop unique solutions to real-world problems. Breeding a culture of permanence and dedication, emphasizing low turnover rates amongst its members, and having a deliberate approach to growth ensures that QMIND will flourish in future years.
