Dan Mackta serves as the Managing Director of Qobuz since July 2018, overseeing operations in North America, the UK/IE, Australia/New Zealand, and the Nordics for the Paris-based high-resolution music streaming and download platform. Previously, Dan co-headed marketing at Razor & Tie, managing label activities for various artists including The Revivalists and Joan Baez. Dan's extensive experience also includes senior marketing roles at Eleven Seven Label Group, RCA Records, and Jive Records, where successful campaigns were executed for notable acts like Three Days Grace and Cage the Elephant. Additional roles span music management and marketing at Second Empire, and leadership positions at Or Music and Big Daddy Music Distribution. Dan co-founded Autotonic and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Classical Civilization from Wesleyan University.
