Marc Chauvin is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Qonto since November 2020, where responsibilities have included leadership roles ranging from Customer Success Manager to Customer Success Officer. Prior to this, Marc gained experience as a Customer Success Intern at CentralApp and worked in the airline industry as a Commercial de bord at Newrest. Academically, Marc holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) and has participated in various summer programs focused on language studies at institutions including Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar, Southern Taiwan University of Technology, Universidad de Jaén, and Shanghai International Studies University.

Qonto was born out of frustration. As new entrepreneurs, Alexandre and Steve felt bogged down by their own banking experience. It was time-consuming. It was complex. It also lacked the modern tools that progressive companies need. So, they decided to create a banking product fit for the modern entrepreneur. One that when you use it, just seems to "click". Our goal? To dust off the old banking experience and be the power pack for small businesses. We are driven by our desire to save our customers time. Time that they can reclaim for forging their own future. And that’s something we think is pretty valuable.
