Previously, Joshua held the position of Agile Delivery Principal at BHP, where co-lead a digital product team and managed advanced technology delivery for mining operations. Joshua's extensive experience includes roles at Bankwest as a Senior ScrumMaster and Iteration Manager, co-founding Extra Turn, and significant contributions at Immersive Technologies, Raytheon, and Gnomic Studios. Academic credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Games Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, complemented by various certifications in information technology.
