Allen Xiao is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at UTAC since November 2020. With an extensive background that includes key roles at Qorvo, Inc. and NXP Semiconductors, Allen has demonstrated expertise in team building, facility management, and operational support. Prior positions as Director of Operations at UTAC and Senior Director of Operations at ASAT highlight a track record of stabilizing organizations and guiding them through significant transitions. Allen's career began at QPL Limited, where foundational skills in Quality Management Systems were developed, following a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
