Anurag Nayak

Anurag Nayak is a Senior RF Design and Integration Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. since April 2023, with extensive experience in high-frequency and nanoscale technologies. Prior to this role, Anurag was a Mm-wave Design Intern at Infineon Technologies, where a 110 GHz power amplifier was designed using nanoscale BiCMOS technology. Anurag's previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IPMS, focusing on power amplifier design, passive modeling with Ansys HFSS, and the development of Physics Informed Neural Networks using Python and Keras. Earlier roles include working as an Electronics Systems Engineer at Johnson Controls, where circuit troubleshooting and coordination for electrical tests were key responsibilities, and a summer internship at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where an adaptive message switch was designed using the 8085 microprocessor. Anurag holds a Master of Science in Nanoelectronic Systems from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from SRM IST Chennai.
