Bo Zhao

Bo Zhao is a seasoned RF design engineer with extensive experience in RFIC and MMIC design. Since January 2015, Bo Zhao has been a Senior RF Design Engineer at Qorvo, Inc., specializing in RF MMIC PA design using GaN, GaAs pHEMT, and GaAs HBT technologies. Prior to this role, Bo Zhao worked at RFMD as a Senior RF Design Engineer, focusing on linear RF Power Amplifier design in GaAs and InGaP technologies for frequencies ranging from 700 MHz to 4000 MHz. Bo Zhao's career also includes roles at Skyworks Solutions, Inc., where contributions were made to cellular handset RF power amplifier and Front End Module design, and at TekTone Sound & Signal Mfg., Inc., where circuit design and PCB layout were undertaken. Bo Zhao began the career as an RF Engineer at Virtue Group and Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, performing RF network design and optimization. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Nanjing University.
