Leanne Simpson

Leanne Simpson, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Qorvo, Inc., a position held since September 2021. Prior to Qorvo, Leanne was the Sr. HR Manager for North America Field Service at Carrier HVAC from February 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included organizational design and talent acquisition. With a strong background in human resources, Leanne worked at TE Connectivity from May 2011 to February 2018, holding various roles including HR Business Partner and Program Manager for University Relations. Early career experiences include recruiting positions at TEKsystems from July 2010 to May 2011. Leanne holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a B.S. in International Business from Elon University.
