Shawn Horn

Shawn Horn, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Qorvo, Inc. since January 2019. In this role, Shawn collaborates with leadership to support over 1,200 employees through coaching, employee relations, and training, while also facilitating communication and succession planning. Previously, Shawn worked at BT from November 2010 to June 2018, holding positions that included Human Resource Business Partner and Compensation Manager, where responsibilities spanned compensation programs and employee relations. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resource Consultant at Lawson Software and as Human Resource Manager at Healthvision, focusing on leadership development and performance management. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University.
