Jean-Charles Velge is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Qover. Jean-Charles has over thirteen years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and consulting.
Jean-Charles started their career as a Market Developer at Decathlon China. Jean-Charles then worked as a Summer M&A Analyst at Credit Suisse before becoming an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2009, they joined NPM-Capital as an Associate and was responsible for valuations, due diligences, and portfolio companies in the Benelux region.
In 2012, Jean-Charles left NPM-Capital to join Redhorse as Vice President. At Redhorse, they were responsible for Private equity deal execution in Asia Pacific with a focus on Japan and China as well as Venture Capital deal sourcing and post-acquisition growth strategy.
In 2015, Jean-Charles co-founded Qover and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer.
Jean-Charles Velge reports to Quentin Colmant, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Caroline Hanotiau - General Counsel, Nico François - CTO, and Pierre Willaert - VP, New Verticals Expansion & Risk Carriers Management.
