Mirwais Adalat is a seasoned professional in supplier quality and manufacturing engineering, currently serving as Supplier Quality Manager at QSC since March 2021. Previously, Mirwais held key leadership roles at WEBASTO CHARGING SYSTEMS, INC., managing the manufacturing engineering team and overseeing supplier quality across automotive and aerospace sectors. Mirwais's extensive experience includes serving as Sr. Supplier Quality Manager at AeroVironment, where management of major suppliers and process improvement initiatives were pivotal. With a foundational career starting in manufacturing engineering roles at BEI Duncan Electronics and TRW Technar, Mirwais possesses a strong background in quality assurance, engineering management, and cross-functional collaboration. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Redlands, a BASEE in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kabul University.
