Pim Kolsteeg

Pim Kolsteeg is the Global Head of HR at Qserve Group since October 2021, specializing in the Med-Tech sector by supporting medical device and diagnostics manufacturers with regulatory compliance and market access. Prior to this role, Kolsteeg served as HR Director at AME, a high-tech company, where responsibilities included managing HR in a dynamic environment. Experience also includes a consulting role at Mercuri Urval, specializing in executive search and talent advisory. Earlier career positions included advisory roles at ABN AMRO Bank and DSB Bank, focusing on customer service and sales. Kolsteeg holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Tilburg University.
