Ezio Balarini is the Chief Commercial Officer at QSR Platform since June 2022, previously serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Autogrill from 2001 to July 2022. During this tenure, Ezio focused on developing strategies for global procurement and business objectives while reducing costs through strategic partnerships. Notable achievements include the development of the "Spizzico" pizza chain, expanding its presence significantly in Italy and beyond. Ezio also held the role of Managing Director at AC Restaurants & Hotels, managing multiple restaurant sites and fostering shareholder relationships to drive profit. Ezio holds a degree in Mass Market Retailing from Università Bocconi, having studied there from 1983 to 1989.
