Ludovico Giannotta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in CRM and data insights management across various industries. Currently serving as the Group CRM & Data Insights Manager at QSRP since March 2022, Ludovico oversees customer relationship management for a portfolio of prominent Quick Service Restaurant brands in Western Europe. Prior experience includes consulting for luxury and fashion companies at JAKALA from January 2021 to February 2022, and a pivotal role as CRM Insights & Product Analyst at Nestlé Nespresso SA from May 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities encompassed customer segmentation, targeting for promotional activities, and analytics support for retail strategies. Ludovico holds a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università di Catania.
