Liz Dunbar began their work experience in 2001 as a Sales Associate at the Cleveland State University Bookstore. During their time there, they greeted customers, stocked items, assisted students with school supplies, and trained new employees. In 2009, they transitioned to Quadax, Inc. In their role as an EDI Client Support Center Representative, Liz provided support to clients via Help Desk and phone, documented conversations, troubleshooted and tracked issues. Liz then became an EDI Account Representative, working with various clients to coordinate on-site visits, determine training needs, analyze reports, and make recommendations for process improvement. Liz later became an Account Representative, Internal Support, where they reviewed and assisted work queues, served as a lifeline for absent Account Representatives, and covered phones for the Client Support Center. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Manager, Client Support Center at Quadax, Inc.

Liz Dunbar started their education in 1997 at Parma Senior High, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program and obtained their High School Diploma in 2001. Following their high school graduation, Liz attended Cleveland State University from 2001 to 2005, although information regarding their degree and field of study was not provided. Liz then pursued further education at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management.
