Rebecca Summer

Rebecca Summer is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Lead Recruiting Coordinator at Quad since December 2014. In this role, Rebecca supports production recruitment across multiple plant locations from the Corporate World Headquarters. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Leaves Administrator, where responsibilities involved managing 1,500 active leaves and acquiring knowledge of FMLA laws, and as a Corporate Human Resources Assistant, focusing on data entry for onboarding processes. In earlier positions, Rebecca displayed strong organizational skills as the Assistant Director of Jr. Camp Quad and gained valuable experience as an Administrative Intern at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. An alumna of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership with a Business Certificate.
