Alicia Saccomando is a Clinical IT Solutions Specialist at QuadMed, with a focus on IT ownership and responsibility for clinical supporting products since January 2016. Prior to this role, Alicia served as a Lead Business Analyst at Connecture for a decade, where responsibilities included serving as a subject matter expert, understanding client requirements, and managing the Connecture Roadmap. Alicia's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Connecture, contributing to project implementations and client satisfaction. Additionally, Alicia worked as an Integration Analyst at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare from 2001 to 2005, coordinating software releases and managing application projects. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from Ball State University.
