Michelle Storbakken has over 20 years of work experience. Michelle began their career as a Human Resources Manager, Recruiter, and Training & Development professional at The Village at Manor Park in 1998. Michelle worked in this role until 2005.
From 2005 to 2011, Michelle served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Quad Graphics. In this role, they directed the Talent Acquisition department, managed a $2 million budget, and brought talent acquisition operations in-house.

Michelle Storbakken holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Administration and Gerontology from the same university, from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Storbakken has earned the certification of Group Practice Administrator from MGMA in July 2016.
