Michelle Storbakken has over 20 years of work experience. Michelle began their career as a Human Resources Manager, Recruiter, and Training & Development professional at The Village at Manor Park in 1998. Michelle worked in this role until 2005.

From 2005 to 2011, Michelle served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Quad Graphics. In this role, they directed the Talent Acquisition department, managed a $2 million budget, and brought talent acquisition operations in-house.
