Paul O'Neill is an accomplished executive in the commodities sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Quadra Commodities since August 2010, O'Neill has played a pivotal role in the company's growth. Prior to this, O'Neill co-founded AWB (Geneva) SA, where Paul led marketing efforts from June 2002 to February 2010, and held the position of Marketing Manager at Tradigrain SA from August 1998 to May 2002. Earlier experience includes trading roles at Cargill International SA and Cargill PLC from 1994 to 1998 and 1987 to 1994, respectively. O'Neill earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds between 1983 and 1987.
