Billy Mann is an experienced consultant and leader in reputation management and brand strategy. As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Quadrant Strategies since March 2015, Billy Mann has been instrumental in helping clients enhance their reputations, craft effective marketing campaigns, and navigate crises. Previously, Billy Mann served as President at Penn Schoen Berland from May 2003 to February 2015 and as Assistant Chief of Staff for Lt. Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend from 1998 to 2002. Billy Mann holds a Master’s degree in History from Yale University, where studies were completed from 1997 to 1998, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Yale University from 1993 to 1997.
