Nat Kilsby has extensive work experience in the finance and technology industries. They started their career at Goldman Sachs in 1996, where they served as a Vice President in FICC Electronic Trading until 2005. After that, they joined Citadel Investment Group as the Head of European Technology & Global StatArb. In 2009, they moved to a High Frequency Trading Company as a Business Strategy & Tech Leadership role. In 2010, Nat joined UBS as a Managing Director in EMEA Equities IT, and in 2013, they became the Head of Systematic Technology at BlueCrest Capital Management, LLP. Nat then worked at Systematica Investments as the Chief Operating Officer & CTO from 2015 to 2017, and as a Non-Executive Director from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs. Currently, Nat is the Chief Operating Officer at Quadrature since November 2020.
Nat Kilsby pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Software Engineering from The University of Manchester. This educational endeavor took place from 1993 to 1996.
