Aimee Herman has worked in various roles at different companies throughout their career. Aimee started their professional journey as a General Manager at Quaker Steak & Lube in 1999 and held that position until 2009. After that, they joined Jason's Deli as a Manager from April 2010 to June 2011, where they were responsible for sales growth and maintaining customer relationships. Aimee then took on the role of Local Sales Manager at Jason's Deli from June 2011 to June 2012, where they handled client presentations, cold calling, and event planning. Aimee returned to Quaker Steak & Lube in June 2012 and worked as a Training and Development Manager until August 2016. From August 2016 to April 2021, they served as a Franchise Business Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Director Brand Training and Support at Quaker Steak & Lube.

Aimee Herman earned an Associate's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Beaver, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management and Marketing at Penn State University from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Aimee obtained a certification in ServSafe from ServSafe Certified in May 2013.
