Michael Mersch

Michael Mersch has extensive experience in operations and analytics, currently serving as a Revops Senior Analyst at Qualia since August 2020. Over the years, Michael has held various positions at Qualia, including Revops Analyst and Industry Relations Consultant, as well as Customer Success Representative. Prior to Qualia, Michael worked as a North American Market Operations Analyst at Facebook and an Escalations Specialist at Accenture, focusing on Facebook-related operations. Michael began the career at PRO Unlimited as a Community Operations Authenticity Representative for Facebook. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies and a minor in Business Administration and Management from Texas State University, completed between 2010 and 2016.
