Ryan Kyles

Ryan Kyles is an experienced professional currently serving as the Owner of Marc the Moon since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at a Private Company from April 2019 to October 2023, contributing as an Associate Product Manager and Product Liaison. Key accomplishments include streamlining internal team processes and transitioning from Github to Jira, which improved ticket processing time and support visibility. Ryan's earlier experience includes roles as a Technical Support Architect, where management of high-volume support tickets was a focus, and Senior Technical Support Specialist. Additionally, Ryan has a background in education, serving as a 6th Grade Science Teacher at Pflugerville ISD and a 4th Grade Teacher at Killeen ISD.
