Sterling Williams

Sterling Williams has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2013, Sterling worked at Invesco Ltd. where they held various positions such as Client Relationship Representative, Training Specialist, Knowledge Management Consultant, and finally Product Owner. In 2020, Sterling joined Qualified as a Qualified Success Architect and later transitioned to the role of Director of Customer Success in September 2021.

Sterling Williams holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Prince Edward Island. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Specialist, and Alteryx Core Certified.
