Juliet Ransom

Juliet Ransom is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Qualis Flow since March 2025, Juliet previously held positions at MachineMax, where responsibilities included leading the account management team and developing the customer success function as the first hire in that department. Earlier experience includes a Customer Success Manager role at Hastee, where Juliet shaped customer relationship strategies, and an acting service account manager role at T-Systems South Africa, overseeing projects and accounts. Juliet holds a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from the University of Cape Town, a Diploma in Business and Systems Analysis from Stellenbosch University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies and Environmental Science from the University of Cape Town.
