Previously, Chris held the position of Vice President of Operations and Client Solutions Management at Quality Contact Solutions, managing a team and implementing procedures to optimize outbound contact rates. Prior experience includes managing customer service and inside sales at VT Industries, where responsibility extended to P&L controls for a $200M division, and holding the role of General Manager at Prism Marketing Group, leading a 100-employee firm. Early career includes account management at APAC and positions in client services and quality assurance at ITI Marketing and Convergys. Chris is an alumnus of the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
