Kier Petersen has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as a QA Automation Engineer at QualityLogic since September 2021. With a long tenure as a Programming Consultant at DOG Games since 2008, Kier also held the role of Middleware Administrator at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare from January 2014 until being laid off due to COVID-19 in June 2020. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of LongTail Press from 2010 to January 2014. Kier's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where from March 1994 to October 2013, contributions were made to the LTO2-LTO7 products, including the design of testing infrastructure. Additional earlier roles include various technical positions at SCP Global Technologies from January 1992 to July 1994.
