Tom Berquist

Tom Berquist possesses extensive experience in executive roles within the technology sector, serving as Chief Financial Officer at both TIBCO Software Inc. and Cloud Software Group. Additionally, Tom held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Corel Corporation, where Tom also contributed as Non-Executive Chairman and Board Member. Tom's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated at Saba Software, where Tom served as CEO. Tom holds an MBA in Management and a BA in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 1989 and 1986, respectively. Currently, Tom is a Board Member at Qualys.
