Before ENGIE Impact, Mark held the role of Senior Director of Software Quality, Test Engineering & Release Management at Renew Financial from 2016 to 2018. Mark J also worked as the Quality Assurance Manager at Greater Giving from 2015 to 2016 and as the Quality Assurance & Release Management Manager at Umpqua Bank from 2012 to 2015. Mark began their career at Fidelity National Information Services, where they served as the Client Services & Tier 1 Support Analysts Supervisor from 2007 to 2011.
