Kelly Watters

Kelly Watters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insurance and business operations. As the Director of Business Operations at Cowan Insurance Group since January 2020 and President of Element Broker Solutions since February 2018, Kelly demonstrates strong leadership and strategic management skills. Prior roles include serving as a Consultant at Applied Systems, Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Manager at Tripemco Burlington Insurance Group Limited, and Service & Operations Supervisor at CAA Insurance Brokerage. Kelly began a career in the insurance industry as Office Manager at Mumby Insurance Brokers Incorporated.
