Rachel Ward

Rachel Ward is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Quandri since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Phoenix Labs from February 2022 to December 2023 as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. Rachel's career began with a position as a Human Resources Coordinator at Teck Resources Limited between January 2021 and February 2022. Additional roles include Human Resources Policy Advisor at CPE Systems Inc, Residence Advisor at The University of British Columbia, and various positions within Teck Resources and other organizations. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources with a concentration in Law from UBC Sauder School of Business, completed in 2020, as well as an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Cairo American College.
