Ryan Manthey

Ryan Manthey currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Legal Operations at Quanta Services, Inc. since December 2013, providing legal counsel across various significant matters, including contract negotiations and risk management for a major industrial construction and engineering firm. Previously, from November 2006 to September 2013, Ryan held the position of General Counsel and Vice President at Fagen, Inc., overseeing legal issues for a $2.0 billion company with 3,500 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Koepke & Daniels, P.A., where Ryan negotiated asset and stock transactions for closely held businesses. Ryan holds a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
