Aurelia Bucicoiu

Aurelia Bucicoiu is an experienced professional in financial crime analytics and product management, currently serving as an Analytics Senior Product Manager and AI Governance Specialist at Quantexa since April 2022. In this role, Aurelia leads the development of innovative Fintech products focused on composite AI and risk detection models. Previously, Aurelia held the position of AML Expert at Transactie Monitoring Nederland, designing AML analytics products and collaborating with stakeholders on financial crime trends. While at ING, Aurelia established the Intelligence & Insights Team and developed a network analytics intelligence product, enhancing the bank's capabilities in managing financial crime risks. Earlier experiences at Accenture and Grand Circle Corporation involved operational transformation, organizational design, and process improvement initiatives. Aurelia holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
