Guus Kolpa

Guus Kolpa has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and teaching. Guus most recently worked at Quantib as a Data Engineer, where they dealt with terabytes of MRI imaging data and processed it into a user-friendly data management system. Prior to that, they worked at ICT Group as a Data Engineer and also fulfilled the role of a data scientist, focusing on securely transferring data between locations. Guus also has experience as a Teaching Assistant in Electronic Instrumentation at TU Delft and as a Visiting Student at Universität Basel.

Guus Kolpa completed their education in the field of Nanobiology. Guus obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and Delft University of Technology in 2016. Guus then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Nanobiology from both Delft University of Technology and Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Guus Kolpa earned certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate from Microsoft in December 2021, 70-761: Querying Data with Transact-SQL from Microsoft in March 2020, and MSc. Nanobiology and Honours Programme Nanobiology from Technische Universiteit Delft in December 2018 and December 2016 respectively.
