Fredy Ramos is an experienced production management professional with a strong background in both High-Mix/Low-Volume and Low-Mix/High-Volume manufacturing models. Currently serving as Production Manager at Quantic PMI since February 2023, Fredy oversees the end-to-end production of RF components for mission-critical applications. Prior roles include Production and Maintenance Manager at KYOCERA AVX Components Corporation, where oversight was provided for a large-scale SMD Tantalum Capacitors production facility, and Production Superintendent, managing significant manufacturing operations. Previous experience also includes roles as Raw Materials Coordinator at LivSmart and Production Supervisor at Textufil. Fredy holds an MBA in Finance from Universidad Nebrija and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de El Salvador.
