Shaun O'Rourke currently serves as Managing Director at Quantified Ventures, a position held since February 2023, and previously held the title of Director for Water and Climate Finance. Prior experience includes Managing Director of Program and Business Development at the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank from June 2017 to November 2022, where Shaun also served as the R.I. Chief Resilience Officer appointed by Governor Raimondo and Director of Stormwater and Resilience. Earlier roles include National Green Infrastructure Program Director at The Trust for Public Land and Director of Sustainable Design and Faculty at Boston Architectural College. Additional experience encompasses landscape and ecological design at AECOM and research with the USDA Forest Service. Shaun O'Rourke holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Vermont.
