Preeti Patnaik

Preeti Patnaik is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations since 1994. Currently serving as the Human Resources Leader for Quantiphi, Inc. since September 2018, Preeti has successfully set up and operationalized HR functions for North America and Canada. As the Founder of Aadhara HR since July 2010, Preeti provides managed HR and labor services to small and medium enterprises, delivering key strategic projects across multiple industries. Previous roles include Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Intelligent Energy UK, Business Partner at DOOR Training and Consulting, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Genpact India, showcasing a strong background in HR management, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. Preeti holds an LL.B from the University of Delhi, a B.Sc (Hons) from Miranda House, and additional certifications in counselling.
