Alexandre Argenson has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Alexandre is currently serving as the Head of Product at Quantitative Brokers since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ION as a Product Manager - Algorithmic Trading from July 2015 to February 2021. Before joining ION, Alexandre worked at BNP Paribas in various roles, including Executive Director for US Rates eTrading strategist from September 2009 to March 2015, Executive Director for EUR Rates eTrading strategist from September 2007 to August 2009, HKD Interest Rate Swaps trader from September 2004 to August 2007, and Linear Rates Quant from December 2000 to August 2004.
Alexandre Argenson holds a Master's degree in Finance from HEC Paris, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Maths & Physics at Ecole centrale de Lyon from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to reinforcement learning, prediction and control, sample-based learning methods, artificial intelligence, Bayesian statistics, and machine learning.
