Andrew Picardi has extensive work experience at Quantitative Brokers. Andrew began their career at the company in 2012 as an intern and later served as a Trading Desk Intern in 2013. From 2014 to 2019, they worked in the Algorithmic Trading Desk, where they played a crucial role in developing specialized algorithmic strategies to minimize market impact and transaction costs in Futures and US cash Treasury markets. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of US Algorithmic Execution Desk, responsible for overseeing the execution of trades. Andrew then progressed to the position of Head of Client Execution Services, Americas in 2020 and subsequently assumed the role of Global Head of Client Execution Services in 2021. Andrew'slatest role is the Head of Client Execution Services and North American Sales, which they have been holding since May 2022. During their tenure, Andrew demonstrated their expertise in providing best execution algorithms and assisting the buy-side in reducing transaction costs.

Andrew Picardi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Bentley University in the years 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they hold certifications in Series 3, Series 63, and Series 7 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
