Natalie was previously Human Resources Director Asia Pacific for ITW Construction Products, a Fortune 200 global multi-industrial manufacturing leader with approximately 48,000 dedicated colleagues in operations around the world.
Prior to this, she was at Mars Food Australia for 20 years, as the Human Resources Director serving as a key member of the Australian Leadership team and was responsible for leading the people strategy with a strong commercial focus.
