Prerna Prerna

Prerna Prerna has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Prerna started their career as a Test Analyst at Skiva in 2014, where they performed manual and automation testing and reviewed product requirement documents. In 2015, they took maternity leave but then returned to work as a Test Analyst at Currently on Maternity Leave in 2016.

Later that year, they also worked as an Information Technology Tutor at Bayside Council, where they taught adult patrons basic computer skills and encouraged community development. In 2017, they transitioned to a Technical Trainer/IT Trainer role at GrainCorp, focusing on providing technical training to users.

In 2017, Prerna joined GLiNTECH as a Technical Consultant, where they provided technical expertise and consulting services. Prerna then moved to Komatsu Australia in 2018 as a Technical Consultant and Atlassian Configuration Specialist.

Their most recent role was as a Business Application Engineer at Quantium, which started in October 2018. Throughout their career, Prerna has demonstrated versatility and adaptability, working in both technical and teaching roles, and gaining experience in testing, training, and consulting.

Prerna Prerna pursued their education in a chronological order. Prerna obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology & Research with a major in Software Development from CQUniversity between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Panjab University from 2010 to 2013. Prerna also holds an Advanced Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from BPSM Girls College, which they completed from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Prerna has obtained several certifications. These include the "Security Awareness 2023" from Quantium Academy in June 2023, "Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)" from Microsoft in June 2022, "Certified Scrum Master" from Scrum Alliance in October 2017, "Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator Certification" and the "Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator" from Atlassian in September 2017. Prerna also holds the "TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Sydney" from The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) in 2017, the "ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2016, and the "QTP" certification, obtained in October 2014.
