Vincent Huy Gia Ngo has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they started working as a Private Tutor until 2018. During this time, they provided private tutoring services. In 2018, they joined the Victorian Electoral Commission as a State Election Official, where they verified voter identities, maintained ballot integrity, and counted votes. Vincent Huy Gia also worked at Pigeonhole as a Seasonal Retail Assistant, providing customer service, maintaining merchandise levels, and closing the store. From 2018 to 2021, Vincent worked at Officeworks as a Retail Assistant, where they developed strong communication and customer-facing skills, received recognition for excellent customer service, and prioritized and collaborated across departments and stores. In 2019, they took on the role of Student Leader (Resident Networker) at the University of Technology Sydney, organizing events, providing pastoral care, mediating disputes, and mentoring new Resident Networkers. Their most recent experience is as a User Experience Designer at Quantium, where they currently work.
Vincent Huy Gia Ngo attended Camberwell Grammar School from 2006 to 2011. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne from 2012 to 2017. Vincent then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Interaction Design from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed between 2019 and 2020.
