Karen De Los Reyes has a diverse background in finance and accounting. Karen currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Quantum Design, a role they have been in since October 2022. Prior to this, Karen served as the Director of Finance at Quantum Design from April 2014 to September 2022.
Before joining Quantum Design, Karen worked at United Technologies as the Controller for Precision Engine Controls Corporation from February 2007 to April 2014. In 2002, Karen further enhanced their credentials by becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through The New Mexico Public Accountancy Board, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through Certified Management Accountant: CMA®.
Seeking to expand their knowledge and skills, Karen pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Northeastern University between 2013 and 2015. During this time, they specialized in International/Global Studies, demonstrating their interest in the global business landscape.
Additionally, Karen obtained a Master in Finance degree and a Master in Global Business Management degree from Northeastern University in the same period, further solidifying their expertise in finance and global business practices.
To enhance their professional capabilities even further, Karen pursued additional certifications. In 2012, they obtained the Certified Business Resiliance Manager certification from the Business Resiliance Certification Consortium International. In 2014, they acquired the Master Certificate in Commercial Contracts Management from Villanova University. Finally, in 2016, Karen obtained the Forensic Accounting Competency certification from Thomson Reuters.
