Rajan Pandey has extensive experience in global talent acquisition, having held key positions at various companies. Currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition-Process Lead at Quantum World Technologies Inc., Rajan has also worked as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Fusion Plus Solutions Inc. and as Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager at IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd. Prior to these roles, Rajan gained valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Resource Logistics. Academically, Rajan holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication from UPTU, where studies took place from 2007 to 2011, and completed high school with a focus on Science at Air Force School Jaisalmer in 2004.
