Arne de Coninck

Arne De Coninck is a seasoned software development professional currently serving as the Software Development Team Lead at Quantum since April 2020, focusing on core features of the ActiveScale product. Prior to this role, Arne worked as a Software Engineer at Western Digital from November 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included developing software for S3-like on-premise object storage and analyzing bugs. Earlier experience includes a PhD position at Ghent University from November 2011 to November 2015, specializing in the development and benchmarking of genomic prediction models, and a technical support role at Tractebel from March 2009 to November 2011, involving core flux measurements and safety studies.
