Mairi Olvera has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mairi started their career at Xerox in 2002, where they held roles as a Reporting Analyst and later as a Strategic Business Manager. Mairi managed operation teams supporting General Motors' expense reporting and Canadian payroll, implementing process improvements and incentive pay initiatives. In 2005, they became a Learning & Development Senior Manager at Xerox, leading global initiatives for over 5,000 employees. Mairi also served as a Strategic Business Unit Manager, overseeing operational teams and ensuring service level agreements were met. In 2015, Mairi joined Valley of the Sun United Way as a Marketing and Special Projects Manager, successfully increasing fundraising efforts. Mairi later worked as a Career Transition Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison in 2016, providing career coaching and support. In 2017, they joined Charles Schwab as a Senior Team Manager, first leading a team of specialists supporting HR onboarding activities and later leading a team responsible for training operations. Currently, Mairi is at Quantum as the Vice President of People Operations.
Mairi Olvera has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business. Mairi also completed post baccalaureate studies at Arizona State University.
