Steven Maurer

Steven Maurer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at QuantumScape, Steven focuses on software development within the Metrology Group. Previously, as an Enterprise Architect at Lithia & Driveway, Steven oversaw key organizational pillars, enhancing customer engagement and fulfillment. Notable roles include Senior Software Architect at TEKsystems, where Steven conducted impactful research on website performance for Nike, and Senior Software & Data Analytics Architect at NewCOE, providing architectural insights to optimize Nike's infrastructure. Steven has also held significant positions at Dell SecureWorks, CA Technologies, Tektronix, LTX-Credence, and earlier at Tektronix, contributing to various product and system architectures throughout a diverse career. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
