Karen Mazin is the Chief Financial Officer at Quarles & Brady. In her role, she works with firm management to support Quarles & Brady's strategic objectives in the area of Legal Practice Management.
Karen leads a team of Administrators, Directors and Managers, all who work closely with the firm's practice groups and industry teams to manage the group's business functions and align them with the Firm's strategic goals. These functions include, financial management, strategic planning, legal staffing administration, and technology solutions. Karen also oversees the Firm's client matter management initiative to ensure that the Firm continues to efficiently manage our legal services in order to provide the most favorable outcome for our clients.
Before joining Quarles & Brady, Karen spent eight years at a nationally recognized architecture firm where she served in a management role for the Firm's finance and accounting department.
Karen received her Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and the WICPA.
